Water Sports Teen turned in the fastest time as three eliminations for the Delvin Miller Adios Pace for the Orchids were run Saturday at The Meadows.
Hellabalou and Abuckabett Hanover also won eliminations, and their connections will get first choice of post positions for the $375,000 final Saturday, July 31.
Water Sports Teen won in a career-best time of 1:48.2. He has won all three races he’s run for trainer Jennifer Bongiorno. Rockyroad Hanover was second and Lou’s Pearlman third, which earned them spots in the Adios next Saturday.
Hellabalou, who won as an 81-1 underdog in a Meadowlands Pace elimination, also set a career mark with a time of 1:49.1. Mysweertboymax was second and Chase H Hanover third.
Abuckabett Hanover, who has $277,021 in career earnings, used the Lightning Lane to charge to victory in 1:50.3. Natameri, who went off at 70-1 to win, took second. Southwind Gendry was third.
Always A Miki also earned a spot in next Saturday’s final thanks to his highest career earnings among the fourth-place finishers.
