Grayson Waller is one of the fastest rising stars in WWE. Joining the company in its developmental system less than 3 years ago, the Australian native has now found himself standing in the ring, verbally jousting with the likes of John Cena and Cody Rhodes.

TribLive spoke with Waller about his rise to stardom and his priority on wanting to be the best over making friends. He also spoke about the surprising return of CM Punk, who he had previously trolled online when rumors of Punk’s future commanded the headlines.

All this plus his comedic take on trying to eat healthy while on the road, explaining to him what a Primanti’s sandwich is and much more.

WWE SmackDown returns to Pittsburgh on April 19th at PPG Paints Arena.
