Tim Benz and Mark Madden return for this week’s edition of “Unfiltered” on TribLive’s Facebook page to discuss everything happening in Pittsburgh sports.
The guys open up show discussing where wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster could end up next year if he doesn’t return to the Steelers. Madden thinks Smith-Schuster would make a decision about a going to another team based on money first, then market, and lastly football.
The guys look at the Penguins’ first win of the season, getting a 4-3 victory Sunday over the Washington Capitals at PPG Paints Arena.
While the Penguins are off to a shaky start, the Capitals, as well as other teams in the division, also have problems.
Benz and Madden also talk about the Steelers going with Matt Canada as their offensive coordinator. Madden doesn’t think Canada is qualified for the job, but he’ll be quarterback Ben Roethlisberger’s new bobo.
The guys also look ahead to the next few seasons for the Steelers. It doesn’t look good.
