Absolute domination.

The Baltimore Ravens completely throttled the Pittsburgh Steelers Saturday. The Steelers looked disjointed and confused on the way to a 28-14 loss.

The Ravens? They look like they could be heading to the Super Bowl with such a commanding performance.

The numbers don’t lie: Baltimore blew past the Steelers with 464 total yards of offense — 299 of those rushing yards. Running back Derrick Henry led the way for the Ravens with 186 yards.

“I don’t see any fight. I don’t see any pushback,” analyst Kirk Herbstreit said during the game “This is the Pittsburgh Steelers. There’s nothing. They’re just going through the motions.”

The game was pretty much over right after the Ravens pounded its way behind Henry and Quarterback Lamar Jackson down the field to take a 7-0 lead early in the game.

“Pittsburgh hasn’t looked like the team that once owned the AFC North lead for some time now, and those holding out hope it’d awake from its slumber encountered bad news early Saturday night,” wrote Nick Shook on NFL.com. “Baltimore methodically scored two touchdowns on a pair of 13-play scoring drives while shutting down the Steelers offense, and the body language on the part of the Steelers was even worse.”

By halftime, it was 21-0 and the Ravens had 308 yards of offense.

“The Ravens ran the hell out of the ball; 24 of their first 32 plays were runs,” wrote Kyle Phoenix of SB Nation, Baltimore. “Their second touchdown drive was 13 runs. This win was a signature performance.”

Henry has proven to be a stellar free agent signing for the Ravens. The Ravens last year signed Henry, who left the Tennessee Titans, to a two-year contract worth up to $16 million.

“Derrick Henry showed the NFL that he was worth every single penny this offseason, putting up 186 yards and two touchdowns on the ground against the Steelers defense in the opening round,” wrote Noah Strackbein of SI.com. “It was his third playoff game with 175-plus rushing yards and he became the fifth player in NFL history to record 800 rushing yards in his first eight playoff appearances.”

The Ravens look unbeatable right now.

Nobody knows where the Steelers go from here. Pittsburgh roared to a 10-3 record this season and then fizzled out losing its last five games, including Saturday night. Coach Mike Tomlin has two years left on his contract. Will he return?

“Pittsburgh has been good enough to get to the playoffs and nowhere close to being competitive in the postseason for many years,” wrote Frank Schwab of Yahoo! Sports. “That was the case again Saturday night, as the Ravens were never truly tested. The Steelers finish the season having not led a game since Dec. 8. They started 10-3 before completely collapsing.”

What’s next for Pittsburgh?

“The difficult question is: How can a 10-win team also feel in some ways like one that should be rebuilding?”
