Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker Alex Highsmith was listed as doubtful to play against the Cincinnati Bengals on Friday’s league-mandated injury report.

Highsmith, who injured his left ankle at the Washington Commanders on Nov. 10, was a limited participant in practice for the second consecutive day but could miss his third consecutive AFC North game.

Defensive tackle Montravius Adams (knee) and cornerback Cory Trice Jr. (hamstring) also were limited participants. Both were ruled out against the Bengals.

The Steelers otherwise got some good news on defense. Defensive tackle Keanu Benton (hip), who was limited on Thursday, was a full participant in Friday’s practice. Safety Damontae Kazee, who missed Thursday’s practice with an illness, also returned as a full participant.

Veteran defensive tackles Cameron Heyward and Larry Ogunjobi also were full participants in practice. Heyward had been given two days off to rest, while Ogunjobi was a limited participant on Wednesday. Left guard Isaac Seumalo, who got a day of rest Wednesday, also was a full participant in practice the past two days.
