The Pittsburgh Steelers continued to gradually trim their roster down to the NFL-mandated 53 by Tuesday’s deadline by releasing 10 more players Monday.
The moves leave the Steelers’ roster at 70, following the release of eight players Saturday, one more Sunday and the trade of guard Kevin Dotson to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.
Announced as cuts Monday were cornerback Lavert Hill, defensive lineman Manny Jones, inside linebacker Tanner Muse, outside linebacker Toby Ndukwe, offensive linemen Le’Raven Clark and William Dunkle, quarterback Tanner Morgan, running back Darius Hagans and safeties Jalen Elliott and Kenny Robinson.
