WWE announced Wednesday that tickets for its biggest show of the year will go on sale Friday.
WrestleMania 37 will take place April 10 and 11 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. The two-day event will have a “limited capacity” of about 25,000 each night, according to a WWE spokesperson.
As far as covid protocols, there will be seating pods, social distancing, masks required (free masks will be provided), temperature checks, health screenings, cashless concessions and mobile ticketing, per WWE.
This year’s Super Bowl between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers was held at Raymond James Stadium in February and had a similar capacity of about 25,000 people.
Tickets for this year’s WrestleMania will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, with a presale starting at 10 a.m. Thursday.
A note on the WrestleMania Ticketmaster page said that seating would be in pods of one to six people, and that pods must be purchased in their entirety and can not be split. Face coverings must be worn unless otherwise exempted by law, the note said.
Prices for tickets range from $35-$2,500.
Last year’s WrestleMania was set for Raymond James Stadium, but was instead held without fans in WWE’s Performance Center site because of the coronavirus pandemic.
