After allowing season ticket holders first shot at buying tickets to spring training games in Bradenton, Fla., the Pittsburgh Pirates are opening sales to the public on Wednesday.

Fans interested in attending a Grapefruit League game at LECOM Park can buy tickets in pods of two or four starting at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Online sales are encouraged through Pirates.com/springtraining or by calling 877-893-2827.

The Pirates will host up to 25% capacity, ranging from 1,700 to 2,000 fans, at LECOM Park for their 15 home games this spring, with face masks mandatory except when eating or drinking and a bag policy allowing only those with medical supplies or diaper bags.

The Pirates’ spring home opener is March 2 against the Detroit Tigers.
