INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 37-36) scored three in the first and held on to beat Nashville (Brewers), 4-3. SS Kevin Newman (groin) went 2 for 5 with two runs scored. 1B Yoshi Tsutsugo (back) went 1 for 4 with a double and an RBI. CF Jake Marisnick (thumb) went 1 for 5. RF Ben Gamel (hamstring) was 1 for 3 with a run scored. LF Cal Mitchell went 1 for 4 with a double and two RBIs. RHP Jerad Eickhoff (5-3, 4.73) started and went five innings, giving up two runs on five hits with seven strikeouts. RHP Noe Toribio (0.00) pitched 1.2 scoreless innings. RHP John O’Reilly (6.04) got the final out for his first save.

Next: Friday at Nashville (Brewers), 8:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 35-37) was clobbered by Harrisburg (Nationals), 9-3. RHP Kyle Nicolas started and allowed two runs on three hits and two walks in three innings. LHP Nick Dombkowski (0-1, 3.48) gave up five runs, all unearned, in 1.2 innings to take the loss. The Curve made four errors and had four hits in the game. CF Connor Scott (.255) went 1 for 3 with a double and two RBIs. RF Matthew Fraizer (.212) went 1 for 4 with an RBI.

Next: Friday vs. Harrisburg (Nationals), 6 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 30-41) gave up two in the seventh and four in the eighth to lose to Hickory (Rangers), 6-5. RHP Sean Sullivan (4.66) started and pitched six scoreless innings, allowing three hits, before the bullpen collapsed. RHP Logan Hofmann (6.86), RHP Michell Milliano (1-2, 8.55) and RHP Cameron Junker (4.67) each got two outs. Hofmann gave up two runs on one hit and two walks, Milliano gave up three tuns on one hit and a walk, and Junker allowed a run on two hits. LF Ernny Ordonez (.230) went 2 for 4 with a double, a home run, his 10th, and three RBIs. C Endy Rodriguez (.269) went 3 for 4. 2B Dariel Lopez (.249) and 3B Jackson Glenn (.225) each had two hits.

Next: Friday at Hickory (Rangers), 7 p.m.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 31-40) lost to Tampa (Rays), 5-3. RHP Wilkin Ramos (5.87) started and did not record an out, giving up three runs on two hits and a walk. RHP Cristian Charle (2.00) came on and threw three perfect innings with five strikeouts. RHP Sebastian Rodriguez (2.25) also threw three scoreless innings. RF Rodolfo Nolasco (.216) went 2 for 3 with a home run, his sixth, and a walk. 3B Mike Jarvis (.231) went 1 for 4 with a homer, his third, and two runs scored. CF Jase Bowen (.266) went 1 for 4. The rest of the lineup went 0 for 19.
