C Joe Hudson went 1 for 3 with a two-run shot, his third, and three RBIs. 1B Will Craig, LF Bligh Madris, 3B Hunter Owen and RF Fabricio Macias had two hits apiece. Newly signed SS Dee Strange-Gordon went 0 for 4 with a walk and a strikeout. RHP Steven Wright started and earned the win, giving up two runs on five hits in five innings, striking out six.

CF Jonah Davis went 1 for 3 with a run scored. 1B Mason Martin went 0 for 4 with three strikeouts. RHP Travis MacGregor took the loss, giving up six runs on nine hits in five innings. LHP Cam Allred pitched two innings of scoreless relief.

BRADENTON (Low A, 36-20) split a doubleheader with Clearwater (Phillies) with each team throwing a one-hitter. Clearwater won the opener, 3-0. C Endy Rodriguez had Bradenton’s lone hit, a single. RHP Santiago Florez took the loss, giving up one run on three hits in five innings. Bradenton won the second game, 5-0. RHP Nick Garcia gave up one hit in five innings, striking out five, to improve to 4-2 with a 3.21 ERA. RHP Oliver Mateo pitched two hitless innings of relief.2B Francisco Acuna went 1 for 3 with his first home run, a three-run shot. CF Hudson Head went 1 for 3 with an RBI.
