INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 34-34) beat Toledo (Tigers), 2-1. LHP Steven Brault (0-1, 1.29) made a brilliant rehab start as he continues to recover from a lat strain that has kept him out most of the season, pitching four perfect innings with six strikeouts. RHP Beau Sulser (5-3, 3.29) went the rest of way to earn the win, giving up one run on six hits with five strikeouts. LF Chris Sharpe (.204) went 1 for 3 and hit his fourth home run of the season in the second inning. DH Bligh Madris (.265) went 2 for 4 with an RBI.

Next: Saturday vs. Toledo (Tigers), 7:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 37-30) lost its second straight game to Somerset (Yankees), falling 7-3. 1B Mason Martin (.272) went 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs. DH Brendt Citta (.297) went 2 for 4 and drove in a run. SS Connor Kaiser (.164) went 2 for 4 with a double and a run scored. LHP Omar Cruz (1-2, 2.92) started and took the loss, giving up four runs on five hits and four walks. He fanned four.

Next: Saturday at Somerset (Yankees), 7:05 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High A, 40-29) lost 3-2 to Greenville (Red Sox) in 10 innings. RHP Quinn Priester started and went six innings, giving up two runs, one earned, on two hits with three walks and four strikeouts. His ERA is 3.27. RHP Oliver Garcia (3-2, 2.32) gave up a run in the 10th to take the loss. LF Blake Sabol (.286) went 1 for 3 with his fourth home run. DH Matthew Fraizer went 1 for 4 with a walk, his 11th stolen base and a run scored. 2B Nick Gonzlaes (.248) went 1 for 3 with two walks.

Next: Saturday at Greenville (Red Sox), 7:05 p.m.

BRADENTON (Low A, 43-27) knocked around St. Lucie (Mets), 8-3. C Eli Wilson (.366) went 3 for 3 with two doubles, two walks and three RBIs. LF Jack Herman (.268) went 3 for 5 with a double and two RBIs. DH Maikol Escotto (.269) went 3 for 4 with a walk, an RBI, a run scored and his ninth stolen base. 1B Endy Rodriguez (.273) went 1 for 4 with a walk and two runs scored. RHP Logan Hofmann started and went four innings, giving up two runs on one hit with four strikeouts. RHP Drake Fellows (1-0, 3.86) got the win, allowing one run on two hits with four strikeouts in 2.1 innings.
