INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 33-34) was drilled by Toledo (Tigers), 7-2. RHP Cody Ponce (0-4, 5.29) was a hard-luck loser, giving up two runs on six hits with six strikeouts in six innings. LHP Joe Jacques and LHP Blake Weiman combined to give up five runs in three innings of relief. 3B Hunter Owen (.228) went 1 for 4 with a two-run homer, his ninth. DH Christian Bethancourt (.284) went 2 for 4 with a double. 1B T.J. Rivera (.247) and RF Fabricio Macias (.308) each went 1 for 4 with a double.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 37-29) was clobbered by Somerset (Yankees), 10-0, managing just two hits. RF Cal Mitchell (.292) and 3B Connor Kaiser (.137) each went 1 for 3 with a single. RHP Osvaldo Bido (2-4, 5.36) surrendered five runs on six hits, including three home runs, in 4.2 innings.

GREENSBORO (High A, 40-28) beat Greenville (Red Sox) in a slugfest, 12-10. CF Matthew Fraizer (.319) went 4 for 5 and hit his 17th home run, a grand slam in the seventh inning. RHP Grant Koch (.199) went 1 for 3 with his sixth home run, two walks and three runs scored. LF Blake Sabol (.281) went 1 for 3 with his sixth home run, a two-run shot. 3B Jared Triolo (.290) went 2 for 5 with two RBIs. RHP Santiago Florez started and gave up five runs on seven hits in 5.2 innings. RHP Bear Bellomy (8-2, 4.54) allowed four runs on six hits in two innings of relief but earned the win. RHP Austin Roberts recorded the final two outs for his seventh save.

SS Maikol Escotto (.257) went 2 for 4 and hit his fourth home run. DH Alexander Mojica (.211) went 5 for 5 with an RBI. 3B Dariel Lopez (.240) went 2 for 5.
