INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 41-46) was doubled up by Columbus (Guardians), 4-2. 3B Hoy Park (.237) went 2 for 4 with a double and a home run, his third. SS Tucupita Marcano (.263) was 1 for 3 with a double and a run scored. DH Greg Allen (hamstring), playing on a rehab assignment, went 1 for 3 with a double. RHP Travis MacGregor (0-1, 9.35) gave up one run on one hit and three walks in two innings of relief to take the loss.

Next: Sunday at Columbus (Guardians), 4:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 44-42) beat Richmond (Giants), 1-0, when three pitchers combined on a two-hit shutout. RHP Quinn Priester (2.11) started and went 5.1 innings, allowing two hits and two walks, striking out three. RHP Enmanuel Mejia (5.14) got the final two outs of the sixth. RHP Brad Case (1-1, 3.07) finished it off with three perfect innings of relief, striking out three. Altoona’s run came in the bottom of the ninth. LF Fabricio Macias (.333) and CF Matthew Fraizer (.231) singled and RF Connor Scott (.250) hit a sacrifice fly. Macias was 2 for 4. 1B Brendt Citta was 2 for 3 with a double.

Next: Sunday vs. Richmond (Giants), 1 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 36-48) lost 6-2 to Brooklyn (Mets). RHP Justin Meis (1-3, 7.43) of Bethel Park started and went 2.2 innings, allowing five runs on seven hits, including a home run. C Endy Rodriguez (.276) and SS Francisco Acuna (.274) each went 1 for 3 with a double. RF Mike Jarvis (.167) went 1 for 3 with an RBI. RHP Logan Hofmann (5.81) pitched 3.1 innings of relief, allowing one run on three hits and three walks. LHP Denny Roman (10.80) threw two scoreless innings.

Next: Sunday at Brooklyn (Mets), 2 p.m.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 42-42) beat Jupiter (Marlins), 4-3, on a solo home run by RF Jase Bowen (.266) and an RBI double by CF Sergio Campana (.198) in the bottom of the ninth. It was Bowen’s 10th home run of the season. 3B Norkis Marcos (.157) went 1 for 3 and hit a home run, his first. C Wyatt Hendrie (.232) went 2 for 4. RHP Po-Yu Chen (4.84) started and threw six scoreless innings, allowing five hits and one walk and fanning five. RHP Wilkin Ramos (2-1, 4.66) pitched a scoreless ninth to earn the win. The Marauders were scheduled to play a doubleheader, but the second game was rained out. It was be made up as part of a doubleheader Sunday.
