Pittsburgh Pirates center fielder Bryan Reynolds has been nominated for the 2022 All-MLB team, an honor for which fans can vote at MLB.com once every 24 hours for their favorite player at each position.
Reynolds is one of 20 players on the ballot for the three outfield spots. The list includes Mookie Betts of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees and Kyle Schwarber of the Philadelphia Phillies.
The nomination comes on the same day that Louisville Slugger will announce its Silver Slugger Award winners, for which Reynolds is one of nine finalists for the best offensive player at each position in both the American and National leagues.
Reynolds batted .262 with a .345 on-base percentage and 126 OPS+ this past season, when he had 19 doubles, four triples, a career-best 27 home runs and 62 RBIs. The other NL Silver Slugger finalists are Betts, Schwarber, Juan Soto of the San Diego Padres, Starling Marte and Brandon Nimmo of the New York Mets, Michael Harris II of the Atlanta Braves and Hunter Renfroe of the Milwaukee Brewers.
