Penguins forward prospect Radim Zohorna’s loan agreement with BK Malada Boleslav, a team in the Czech Republic’s ELH league, has been terminated.

According to Malada Boleslav, Zohorna will travel to Pittsburgh to participate in the Penguins’ upcoming training camp, scheduled to begin on Jan. 3.

In 21 games with Malada Boleslav this season, Zohorna is the team’s second-leading scorer with 22 points (12 goals, 10 assists).

A native of the Czech Republic, Zohorna, 24, joined the Penguins as an undrafted free agent, signing a one-year entry-level contract on April 29. With the coronavirus pandemic delaying the starts of the NHL and American Hockey League seasons, the Penguins loaned Zohorna to Malada Boleslav on Aug. 10.
