The Penguins made a series of roster moves Monday evening.

Defenseman Kevin Czuczman has been assigned from the taxi squad to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League. In two NHL games this season, Czuczman has no points. According to CapFriendly, Czuczman is in the second year of a two-year, two-way contract with a salary cap hit of $700,000.

Goaltender Alex D’Orio has been assigned from the taxi squad to Wheeling of the ECHL. He has yet to play in any games at any level this season. Last season, in 31 games with Wheeling, D’Orio had a 12-15-2 record along with a 3.43 goals against average and an .892 save percentage.
