Penn State football added a 13th verbal commit to its Class of 2023 on Sunday.

Yazeed Haynes, a four-star wide receiver from North Penn in Lansdale, announced his commitment to the Nittany Lions on his Twitter account.

Haynes (6-foot-2, 175 pounds) chose Penn State over offers from Boston College, Bowling Green, Maryland, Minnesota, Ole Miss, Rutgers, Towson and West Virginia. He previously committed to Rutgers but decommitted in May. He went to a Nittany Lions camp and received a scholarship offer June 4, made his official visit to Penn State on Friday and committed Sunday.

Rivals rates Haynes as the No. 4 prospect in Pennsylvania and the No. 33 wide receiver nationally.

Rivals also lists Penn State’s 2023 class as fifth nationally behind Notre Dame, Texas Tech, Cincinnati and Northwestern.
