The defensive front seven figures to play a critical role for the Pittsburgh Steelers in their Sunday game against the Baltimore Ravens. Two starters among that group might not play.

Defensive lineman Larry Ogunjobi and inside linebacker Myles Jack were listed as questionable on Friday’s status report.

Ogunjobi has a toe injury that limited him to practicing once this week — and even that, on Friday, in a limited capacity. But Ogunjobi is in his sixth week of being listed on the injury report because of the toe, and he has not practiced more than once in any week since mid-November. He has not missed any games over that time frame, so it remains expected he will play Sunday night in Baltimore.

Jack likewise has been dealing with his injury — to his groin — for several weeks. He missed the game at the Carolina Panthers on Dec. 18 but returned to play sparingly (16 defensive snaps) in the Christmas Eve game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Jack only practiced in a limited capacity this week.

The only Steelers player who definitely will not play against the Ravens is reserve defensive back Tre Norwood, who suffered a hamstring injury during the win against the Raiders. Starting strong safety Terrell Edmunds missed that game because of a hamstring injury but went through a full week of practice and is ready to go against Baltimore.

The only other player on the Steelers’ injury report this week because of an injury was receiver Diontae Johnson, who has been dealing with a hip injury that will not prevent him from playing in Baltimore.
