Hockey fans are ready to “do that hockey” and so is Chance The Rapper.

With the NHL kicking off the 2019-20 season Wednesday, the league posted a video of Lazlo Holmes, Chance’s infamous “Saturday Night Live” character, interviewing the Vegas Golden Knights’ Jonathan Marchessault.

Among figuring out the proper pronunciation of Marchessault’s name, Holmes gets the scoop on what hockey players Marchessault looked up to, with Holmes mistaking Sidney Crosby for David Crosby of the band Crosby, Stills & Nash.

The Holmes character came out of a November 2017 ‘SNL’ sketch where a New York Knicks reporter is sent to cover the New York Rangers in someone’s absence.

Just think: where would the hockey world be without Holmes’ catch phrase?
