Given that the majority of your readers are Trump advocates, I think we are thus faced with widespread local support of witch doctors. The leader of your readers has now fully endorsed the teachings of a person (Dr. Stella Immanuel) who blames demons for our problems (“Trump again touts hydroxychloroquine as coronavirus cure despite FDA warning,” July 28, TribLIVE). Therefore, maybe we do not need a vaccine, but we do need to kill chickens in our backyards to appease these demons.
Finally, has our president uncovered the true cause, and cure, for covid-19? While others ridicule, we must praise him for his insight and sensitivity.
