There is no other way to say it but that the good old USA is extorting a small, democratic country that is fighting for its life into giving us 50% of its rare earth minerals. President Trump tries to explain it as paying off a “loan.” No other country considered all of the aid they were giving to Ukraine to fight the invasion by Russia a “loan.” Trump said the other countries would be paid back, even though these same countries said this was not true.
This shows what a bully Trump is. As usual with Trump, money is the bottom line. Good for you, Emmanuel Macron, for trying to set Trump straight.
I believe the whole episode at the White House was staged for Putin’s enjoyment. Whose side is Trump on, by the way? America’s or Russia’s? I think actions speak louder than words.
