In January, having taken office, President Trump immediately pardoned 1,500 Jan. 6 insurrectionists. Among these domestic terrorists were 170 who were convicted of assault of a police officer with a deadly weapon. On Aug. 12 in Washington, D.C., a man was charged with felony assault on a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer. His weapon? A hoagie!

This, fellow citizens, is Trump’s America. Can somebody explain to me how anyone in law enforcement can support this president?
