Recently, hearings were held in Congress regarding censorship of speech by social media companies such as Facebook, Twitter and Google. After viewing these hearings and listening to what I believe is blatant lying by their CEOs, I think every American citizen should be appalled at how these companies manipulate data and algorithms to back a certain candidate or political agenda.

Over the last two decades, there has been an alarming erosion of civil liberties in our country, including freedom of speech. Facebook is now infamous for allowing progressive posts and censoring conservatives, with Twitter and Google following suit. Is this what you want for your children, to grow up without the freedom of speech?

The progressive left and today’s Democrats seem to support these erosions of our civil liberties. Do you?
