Letter to the editor: As treasurer, McClelland will put Pennsylvanians first
As Nov. 5 approaches, we are responsible to vote for the right candidate for the right job for the taxpayers of Pennsylvania. Although I am a conservative registered Republican, I consider myself as an independent thinker.
We need a state treasurer who believes in and protects the better interests of residents for what is fair and right. We need a person who doesn’t sway to special interest groups, corporations, big banking institutions or big tech who have little interest in hard-working, tax-paying Pennsylvanians.
That person is Erin McClelland. McClelland believes in America first, investing in America first, investing in our country, business and banking in our country, not gambling interests and pensions in foreign interests in countries that have taken more from the United States than they have given back.
On Nov. 5, please consider casting your vote for Erin McClelland for treasurer.
