Don’t get your denim in a bunch.

Although if you are like a lot of folks on social media, you might just. A new style concept has been causing a stir.

Fashion label Ssense has released high-cut denim shorts they are calling Y/Project Navy Denim Panties.

“Denim can be cheeky,” Ssense’s website claims. “And eye-catching. These ‘brief-style shorts’ can be worn under or over pants, meaning they’re far more versatile than what you’d traditionally expect from a pair of briefs. Underwear that doesn’t need to stay ‘under there.’”

The designer clothing company has priced the pants — 100% cotton with three pockets, a zip front and belt-looped waistband — at $315. They are available in dark blue and black.

Judging by social media’s reaction, these probably won’t be taking the world by storm anytime soon.

Facebook comments weren’t any more positive.

Of course, while many on social media aren’t buying them, someone must be. Ssense’s website only has two sizes left: XS (waist 24) and S (26), the other four size options are sold out.
