The funeral for fallen McKeesport police Officer Sean Sluganski, 32, of McKees­port will be held at noon today at St. Albert the Great, Blessed Trinity Parish.

Sluganski was shot and killed on Feb. 6 while responding to a domestic dispute between a man and his mother on Wilson Street.

McKeesport Officer Chuck Thomas was also wounded.

The procession will start at the funeral in Baldwin borough, travel through McKeesport, and finish at a cemetery in Pleasant Hills.

The route will be closed during the time of the procession, so residents should expect some closures from about 2 to 5 p.m.
