Pennsylvania added 994 new covid-19 cases to its total Wednesday, the Pennsylvania Department of Health reported.

The state reported 26 new coronavirus-related deaths, bringing the death total to 6,957. Deaths from covid-19 have been recorded in 59 of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties.
