Harrison police Officer Neal Mackowski walks an American flag along Broadview Boulevard in Harrison on Wednesday. Mackowski was participating in the annual Moving Flag event, which sees volunteers carrying the flag for 24 hours to commemorate Patriot Day and the 9/11 attacks.
