Fundraisers

• Harrison City Area Woman’s Club will sponsor a craft show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 26 in Colton Hall, 3100 Block Road, Claridge. There will be a food truck, basket raffle, lottery basket and 50-50.

• A chicken and biscuit dinner to benefit Mon Valley Paws will be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 24 at the Italian Club, 112 Seventh Ave., Monessen. There will be a basket auction and 50-50. Tickets: Randy, 724-493-8305.

• Jeannette Knights of Columbus hosts bingo at 7 p.m. Fridays in Mersinger Hall at Ascension Church, 615 Division St., Jeannette. Doors open at 6 p.m. and early birds begin at 6:30 p.m. Players younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Smoke-free venue. Food will be available and there will be a 50-50 and instant bingos. Halloween

• Cook Township Community Center will have a trunk-or-treat and costume parade for children 12 and younger at 1 p.m. Oct. 26 at the center, 1714 Route 711. There will be games and a light lunch. Trunk participants welcome. No reservations required.

Meetings

• Rostraver Sportsmen and Conservation Association, 539 Cedar Creek Road, will meet at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 21. The club hosts trap shoots from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays, and at 10 a.m. Thursdays and 11 a.m. Saturdays. Public welcome. Details: 724-984-6611 or rostraversportsmen@gmail.com.

Senior Citizen News

• Irwin Senior Activity Center, 310 Oak St., will have grocery bingo at 12:15 p.m. Oct. 22. The history of the Boston cream pie will be discussed at 1 p.m. Oct. 23. Donations are accepted for all activities. Details: 724-787-1760.
