State police are looking for this man who, along with a female accomplice, stole three credit cards belonging to a Greensburg woman at the Panera Bread restaurant in Greengate Centre on Jan. 24.

A man and woman slipped three credit cards out of a Greensburg woman’s purse last month at a Panera Bread location in Westmoreland County and bought two Apple laptop computers at Best Buy, according to state police.

Troopers are looking for the suspects who they said sat behind the victim at the Greengate Centre restaurant in Hempfield on Jan. 24. The female suspect reached into the victim’s purse and took three credit cards, which troopers said she and her accomplice then attempted to use at to buy $6,700 worth of merchandise at Target, Best Buy and Macy’s. They were able to buy two MacBook Pros, which BestBuy.com shows are sold for approximately $1,300 and $2,800, depending on model.

Police said the pair changed clothes between two of the purchases.

Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-832-3288.
