Mt. Oliver man wanted in connection with North Huntingdon woman's fatal shooting
Police are seeking a Mt. Oliver man wanted in connection with the Dec. 5 shooting death of a North Huntingdon woman.
An arrest warrant has been obtained for Jerrel Marquis Ingram, 32, of Mt. Oliver.
Allegheny County detectives said 22-year-old Madison Gilroy of North Huntingdon died of injuries sustained during a Dec. 5 shootout between Ingram and a security officer employed at the True Diamonds Gentleman’s Club in Stowe Township.
Ingram had recently been banned from the club by security, county officials said.
On the night of the shooting, detectives said Ingram drove up to the front door of the club and began arguing with security.
As he drove away, police said he fired multiple rounds toward club security, hitting one security officer in the leg. A second security officer returned fire in Ingram’s direction.
Ingram is wanted on a charge of criminal homicide in connection with Gilroy’s death. He is described as a black man, 5 foot 8 inches tall and 175 pounds. Police said he drove to the club in a red/maroon Chevy Suburban.
Anyone with information on Ingram’s whereabouts is asked to call 1-833-255-8477. Callers can remain anonymous.
