Man accused of exposing himself in Latrobe park
A Derry Township man is accused of exposing himself to three boys and a 16-year-old girl last month at Legion Keener Park in Latrobe, according to court papers.
Jesse Phillip Hollick, 61, is charged with open lewdness and public drunkenness.
Latrobe police said the girl, who was babysitting the boys, reported the group was walking in the park at 6:30 p.m. and heard a man’s voice near a railroad trestle. They saw a man with gray hair and a mustache exposing his genitals and hurried away, the girl told police.
While police were interviewing the boys, another person reported a “strange male” near the trestle. Officers found a man there matching the girl’s description who was later identified as Hollick. Police reported he was “highly intoxicated.”
The girl identified the suspect as the man she saw exposing himself. Charges have been sent by summons.
Hollick is scheduled for preliminary arraignment Sept. 5. He did not have an attorney listed in online court records. A phone number for him could not be located.
