A Ligonier Township man is charged with terroristic threats and felony aggravated assault after he was accused of threatening to shoot a Pennsylvania Game Commission officer.
Marc Wallace, 56, is accused of being confrontational with and threatening to shoot Warden William Brehun.
According to the criminal complaint filed by Ligonier Valley police, Brehun on Monday went to a property on Harvey Road to speak to Wallace about a deer.
During the conversation, Wallace “became very argumentative and aggressive” towards Brehun, and smacked the side of Brehun’s game commission vehicle.
The criminal complaint alleges that Wallace screamed at Brehun, shouting “Get off my property or I will shoot you.”
Wallace is in custody at the Westmoreland County Prison on $50,000 bail. He is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
