The Pittsburgh North and Sewickley chapters of Inspired Women Paying it Forward will host a joint garden party on July 7 at 251 Westvue Road in Wexford.
Registration is 5:30 p.m. with a 6-7 p.m. dinner meeting.
Inspired Women Paying it Forward is open to anyone interested in combining forces with like-minded women who’ve agreed to make a quarterly donation of $100. Members will select a recipient organization each quarter by majority vote. Two of the quarterly meetings’ donations go to local women’s charities, while the other two are slated for national and international women’s non-profits.
After 8 years, with five chapters in Pittsburgh, the group has donated more than $400,000.
July is the quarter the group accepts global nominations in Beaver, Westmoreland, Pittsburgh South and North/Sewickley.
