Once again, Rogers-McFeely Memorial Pool in Latrobe went to the dogs to mark the unofficial end of summer.

The pool at in Legion-Keener Park hosted its annual “Pooches in the Pool” dog swim from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost was $10 per family.

Begun in 2015, the event was inspired by other pools, such as Derry Community Pool, which have had success with pet swims.

The pool is now closed for the season. It is operated by the Latrobe-GLSD Parks and Recreation.
