The Bushy Run Battlefield’s scenic trails will be the site of the 15th annual Bushy Run Trail 5K Run & Walk at 8:30 a.m. July 14, which will take participants through the historic battlefield along Route 993 in Penn Township.

Participants can pre-register by June 23. The cost is $18 for adults and $10 for those age 17 and younger. The registration fee after June 23 is $22. Registration will be accepted from 7 to 8:15 a.m. race day. The first 200 entrants will receive a T-shirt.

There are nine age divisions, with prizes for men and women, runners and walkers. Special awards will go to the top businesses, organizations and schools with the most participants, as well as the top two runners, men and women, and top two walkers, men and women overall.

Registration can be done at the Penn Township Municipal Building or on race day morning at Bushy Run for $22.
