The death of a woman whose body was found Friday afternoon lying outside in Arnold is not believed to be suspicious, authorities say.

Westmoreland County Coroner Tim Carson identified the woman as Chelsea Lynn Hollobaugh, 31.

According to Westmoreland 911, first responders were called shortly before 2 p.m. to 14th Street, where they found a body.

Melanie Jones, spokeswoman for the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office, said Saturday that a county detective briefly assisted but the death did not appear to be suspicious.

Carson said her cause of death is pending final autopsy and toxicology results.

Jones referred further questions to the Arnold police.

An attempt to reach police Chief Eric Doutt on Saturday was unsuccessful.
