We’re just past the Halloween season and the fall calendar is filling up quickly, starting with a wide range of attractions — from reptiles to creative crafts and insightful tours.

Masters of Illusion Live

The Palace Theatre in Greensburg will host Masters of Illusion Live at 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $28, $48 and $53. For more, call 724-836-8000 or visit thepalacetheatre.org.

Born from the multiaward- winning television series, the show offers displays of skills that have taken a lifetime to perfect. Guests can watch as performers show off large-scale grand illusions, comedy and close-up magic, sleight-of-hand, dangerous escapes, the appearance of birds from thin air and music. There will also be audience participation.

Big night out gala

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Laurel Region will be hosting a Night in the Big Apple on Friday at Stratigos Banquet Centre in North Huntingdon. For $95, a ticket holder will receive an immersive experience including entertainment, cocktails, dinner, dancing and auctions. Doors will open at 6 p.m.

Proceeds will go to Big Brother Big Sisters of the Laurel Region. For more, visit secure.qgiv.com.

Cantilever tours

From 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, docents at The Westmoreland will be offering free tours of the exhibitions on view in the Cantilever Gallery. Guests will be taking a deeper dive into Frank Lloyd Wright’s Southwestern Pennsylvania. This event kicks off a series of free tours at 1 p.m. Saturdays during each exhibition run.

No advance registration is required. For more, visit the westmoreland.org.

Craft and vendor show

On Saturday, West Hempfield Presbyterian in Irwin will be hosting the 2023 Westmoreland Craft and Vendor Show. With free admission, guests will be able to participate in door prizes, a Chinese Auction and a 50-50 raffle. Local artisans and vendors will be selling a variety of products including handmade crafts, fashion accessories or homemade treats. Doors open at 10 a.m.

Reptile Expo

The Westmoreland Reptile Expo runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m Sunday in the Westmoreland Mall. Each month’s expo brings a selection of reptiles, amphibians, supplies and more to the public. In addition, they are sold at a discounted rate. A selection of breeders will be at the show to answer questions concerning the proper care of a potential pet.
