Leisurely stroll

Get some fresh air with an outdoor activity at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Morosini Reserve, off Morosini Farm Road in Murrysville.

Join members of the Westmoreland Conservancy at the reserve’s upper parking area for a walk down to the pond and other areas, depending on what the weather allows.

Participation is free, although registration is required at westmoreland conservancy.org.

Rock out at the Lamp

Are you loaded like a freight train, flyin’ like an aeroplane, feelin’ like a space brain?

You will be if you show up at the Lamp Theatre in Irwin at 8 p.m. Saturday, when Nightrain: The Guns N’ Roses Tribute takes the stage.

Named for a song on GNR’s 1987 debut studio album, “Appetite for Destruction,” the band promises an accurate sonic and visual experience to “capture the audience’s attention from the first beat down to the last note.”

Nightrain has played venues such as House of Blues, Club La Vela and the Carolina Rebellion music festival, sharing bills with bands including Alice in Chains, Soundgarden and Buckcherry.

For tickets at $25 each or more information, call 724-367-4000 or visit lamptheatre.org.
