Two men were arrested this week after state police said they broke into a New Florence home and stole a three-wheeler and a motorcycle.

Investigators said they tracked down the suspects after one of them was seen riding the three-wheeler in the neighborhood, according to court papers.

Cory Logan Gardner, 26, of West Wheatfield Township, Indiana County, and David James Patrick Fink, 34, of New Florence, were charged Tuesday with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, corruption of minors and related offenses.

The two vehicles were reported missing from a home on 10th Street on Monday after a break-in, police said. After a neighbor reported seeing someone riding the three-wheeler on 15th Street, troopers located Gardner and a juvenile covered in mud.

The juvenile told police the trio broke into the home and took the two vehicles, valued at a total of $3,800, according to court papers. It was unclear if the juvenile was facing any charges.

Gardner is free on $10,000 unsecured bail. Fink was being held at the Westmoreland County Prison on $15,000 bail.

Preliminary hearings are set for Aug. 30.
