Those planning to attend the 2021 Shop ‘n Save Westmoreland Airshow can reserve their tickets at area Shop ‘n Save supermarkets.

To comply with social distancing guidelines during the covid-19 pandemic, regular admission tickets for this year’s show at Arnold Palmer Regional Airport will be sold at $100 per vehicle, and attendees will remain with their vehicles.

A maximum of 1,000 vehicles will be admitted each of the two days of the show and will be parked on the airport’s former secondary runway, which parallels Route 981. Vendors and exhibitors will be on site within walking distance to guests’ vehicles.

Tickets may be reserved in person at the customer service desk of any area Shop ‘n Save store. Customers must indicate which day they plan to attend, May 29 or 30.

The store will notify customers when the tickets become available, at which time payment may be made. The $100 price covers up to eight occupants in a vehicle; an additional nominal charge will apply for oversized vehicles.

The show will feature the U.S. Navy Blue Angels jet demonstration team, celebrating its 75th anniversary, and the Navy SEALS Leap Frogs parachute team, which will skydive from the Blues “Fat Albert” C-130 cargo aircraft.
