The location of this week’s Monday Market has been changed to the Plum Municipal Building parking lot, 4575 New Texas Road.

The change comes as the result of flooding at Plum Creek Park and activity scheduled at its fields.

The market will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

This week’s confirmed vendors are: Bridges Farm, Marshall’s Farm, Park Street Sweets, Morning Glory Farms, Old Tin Roof Farm, The Olive Tap, Sampson Family YMCA, and Carnivore’s Food Truck.

Staff from the YMCA will be cooking up a dish on site using the fresh produce from the market. The demonstration will be held after 5 p.m. Beth Taylor, Teaching Kitchen coordinator, along with Chelsea Marney, membership coordinator, will be pass out recipes and offer wellness promotions.

Last week’s market was moved to Tuesday as a result of the weather.
