Mosser Casting is looking for paid extras on the film ‘Cha Cha Real Smooth’

Wanted: children ages 11-14 and adults, 18 and older who want to have a part in a movie.

Nancy Mosser Casting is seeking the individuals to portray bar and bat mitzvah guests for the film “Cha Cha Real Smooth” starring Dakota Johnson, directed by Cooper Raiff, who is also starring in the film as a bar mitzvah entertainer who strikes up a friendship with Johnson’s character.

Johnson, an Austin, Texas native and the daughter of Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, made her film debut in “Crazy in Alabama” in 1999. Her first success came when she was in David Fincher’s movie “The Social Network.”

Her most well known character could be as Anastasia Steele from “Fifty Shades of Grey,” based on the novel in 2015.

Pittsburgh’s Mosser Casting is looking for paid extras for the film "Cha Cha Real Smooth"

According to Mosser Casting’s Facebook page, Those interested must be available to work 8 to 10 days between Aug. 12 and Sept. 11. There are no weekend dates required. Filming will be in Tarentum and Pittsburgh. If children need to miss school, a teacher will be on-set. Youngsters must be accompanied by an adult.

The wage is $11.25 per hour for the first eight hours, then time and a half after that.

Covid-19 tests are required regardless of vaccination status. A copy of vaccination card may be requested.
