Aspinwall police are investigating two separate reports of harrasment and tresspassing against Christopher Brown, 60, of East Deer, who they believe targeted two different homeowners because they had Trump signs on their property.

An East Deer man was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct by Aspinwall police in connection with two separate incidents in which it appears he targeted supporters of President Donald Trump.

In October, Christopher Brown, 60, allegedly stood in front of a Fourth Street home and yelled profanities and insults and swatted at a Trump flag, directing his verbal attack toward resident Donald Mazreku.

Mazreku told TribLive earlier this month that he stood in disbelief at his window, witnessing Brown’s actions, and motioned with his hand for the man to move along.

Mazreku’s security camera caught the incident. He later shared the video on Facebook.

A second incident, allegedly involving Brown, was reported March 14 along Third Street.

Ring surveillance camera footage showed a man walking onto a home’s porch, opening a screen door and spitting on the front door and walking away.

That home also displayed signs in support of Trump.

“The only comment at this juncture is ‘no comment’ and, following the preliminary hearing, there will be a statement,” said Brown’s attorney, Phillip Dilucente.

Brown is scheduled for a preliminary hearing April 17 in District Judge Matthew Rudzki’s Sharpsburg courtroom.
