Buffalo Township

• Egg hunt, noon to 2 p.m. April 19 at Sarver Free Methodist Church, 513 Sarver Road. There will be crafts, games and refreshments. Children 13 and younger welcome.

East Deer

• Egg hunt, 11 a.m. April 12 at East Deer Memorial Park, 700 Front St., rain or shine. Reservations required by April 2. Sponsored by the township recreation board. Reservations: 724-224-3434, ext. 4.

Freeport

• Egg hunt and lunch with the Easter Bunny, April 19 in Freeport Community Park, rain or shine. Gates open at 10:45 a.m. The egg hunt will begin at 11 a.m. in the park and lunch will be at 11:15 a.m. in the lower level of Laube Hall. Donations will be accepted. Sponsored by Freeport Kiwanis Club and Freeport Salvation Army Service Unit.

Gilpin

• Community egg hunt, 1 p.m. April 19 in Gilpin-Leechburg Park, Park Road. Children in prekindergarten through fifth grade welcome. Sponsored by the Leechburg Area Community Association and congregations of the Leechburg Ministerial. Reservations required. Reservations: servinggodgracefully.net/egghunt.

• Egg hunt, noon to 2 p.m. April 12, for township children 10 and younger in the field at Guardian Angels Parish, 800 Montana Ave. Sponsored by the township recreation board. Reservations required by April 9. Reservations: tinyurl.com/5xex5jnd.

• Easter celebration and egg hunt, 1 to 3 p.m. April 12 at Natrona Park and playground, River Avenue. There will be crafts, games and sports at 1 p.m. and the egg hunt will start at 2 p.m. Prize drawings, treats and snacks will be at 2:30 p.m. Sponsored by Natrona Comes Together Association and Fun and Freedom Youth Sports.

Kiski Township

• Free egg hunt, noon April 19 at Apollo-Ridge High School, 1825 Route 56 for children 11 and younger. Sponsored by Kiski Township Fire Department.

• Easter Fest, noon April 12 at Apollo Free Methodist Church, 1027 Route 56. There will be a free soup and sandwich meal, crafts and games in the activity center. Children will be divided into age groups and the outdoor egg hunt will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Lower Burrell

• Free community egg hunt, 11 a.m. April 12 at Officer Derek Kotecki Memorial Park, Wildlife Lodge Road. Children will be divided into age group. Sponsored by the city recreation board.

Oakmont

• Free egg hunt, 3 to 5 p.m. April 13, at Oakmont United Methodist Church, 419 Maryland Ave. There will be snacks, crafts and an egg hunt at 3:15 p.m. Reservations required. Reservations: 412-828-9499 or oumcyouthdirector@gmail.com.

Plum

• Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, 11 a.m. April 12 in the municipal building banquet hall, 2000 Mike Thomas Way. Doors open at 10:45 a.m. A continental breakfast will be served and there will be crafts and photo ops with the Easter Bunny. Cost: $5 per family. Reservations required. Springdale

• Egg hunt, 1 p.m. April 19 at Desmond Field. Children in preschool to fifth grade welcome. Bring a bag or basket. Sponsored by Cheswick-Springdale Lions Club.

Springdale Township

• Community egg hunt, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 13 for children age 4 to 12 at Allegheny Valley Volunteer Fire Company, 851 Parkway Drive, Harwick. There will be snacks, photos with the Easter Bunny and games. Egg hunt schedule: age 4 to 6, 11:30 a.m.; age 7 to 9, noon; and age 10 to 12, 12:30 p.m. Bring a basket.

Tarentum

• Free egg hunt, 9 a.m. April 19 in Riverview Memorial Park, 318 First Ave. for children 12 and younger. Come early to find your child’s age group. Sponsored by Women of the Moose, local businesses and the borough recreation board.

• Egg hunt, 11 a.m. April 19 at Central Presbyterian Church, 305 Allegheny St., for children 12 and younger. There will be games, prizes and a puppet show. Details: 724-224-9220.

Upper Burrell

• Free egg hunt and photos with the Easter Bunny, 1 to 3 p.m. April 19 at the township building, 3735 Seventh St. Road for township children age 1 to 12. Reservations required by April 14. Reservations: 724-335-3517.

Vandergrift

• Photos with the Easter Bunny, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 19 at Tiny’s Fur Family Shop, 131 Columbia Ave. Humans and furry friends welcome. All pets must be in a carrier or on a leash. Cost: $5, will benefit TinyCause Rescue.

West Deer

• Egg hunt, 3 p.m. April 13 at Bairdford Park. Check-in will begin at 2 p.m. There will be prizes and photos with the Easter Bunny. A sensory-friendly hunt will be at 1:30 p.m. Registration for the sensory-friendly hunt only required at parksandrecreation@westdeertownship.com. Sponsored by the township parks and recreation board.

Winfield

• Free egg hunt, April 12 at Winfield Community Park, 194 Brose Road, rain or shine. Gates open at 11 a.m. Children will be separated into age groups and the first hunt will begin at 11:45 a.m. There will be a petting zoo, food vendors, face painting and prizes. Non-perishable food items will be collected for the Cabot Church Food Bank.
