Bethel Park Library, located at 5100 W. Liberty Ave., is open Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m.-8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and is closed on Sundays in the summer. For more information, call 412-835-2207 or visit bethelparklibrary.org.

• Lunch Bunch will discuss a few chapters of “Charlotte’s Web” each week. Pack a lunch and head to Simmons Park at noon on July 16. For fourth and fifth grades.

• Toddler Tuesday, an interactive reading program with activities that promote language and learning skills, will take place 10 a.m. July 20 at Simmons Park.

• The library’s Scrabble Club is scheduled to meet in the Fireplace Room at 1 p.m. on July 20.

• Discover Creature Constellations 6 p.m. July 20 at Simmons Park. Children in grades 2-5 can discover why constellations look the way they do and the stories behind them. Hosted by the Carnegie Science Center.

• Bow Wow Book Club is scheduled for 6-7:30 p.m. July 21 at the library. Children can read with therapy dogs. The program is for grades kindergarten through fourth.
