If there was any doubt that the holidays were upon us, the Nov. 24 Symphony Splendor Holiday Home Tour in Upper St. Clair makes it official.

The tour, which benefits the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, features seven beautifully decorated homes located just minutes apart.

“This holiday fanfare tour, presented by the Pittsburgh Symphony Association, has become the gold standard event of the season. Now in its sixth year, the event has raised nearly $500,000 for our community treasure, the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra,” event chair Cathy Trombetta said in a news release. ”As an added treat, many PSO musicians will be playing in various homes throughout the tour.”

Tickets are tax-deductible and $55 in advance of the tour, $65 the day of if any are left. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and attendees will receive a program with a tour map at registration.

For tickets or more information, call 412-392-3303 or visit the Pittsburgh Symphony Association’s website.
