Police: Baldwin Borough woman dies after being shot in her apartment

A woman died after being shot multiple times in her apartment in Baldwin Borough, according to Allegheny County Police.

First responders were notified around 4:30 p.m. Friday of the shooting, which happened in the 5400 block of Youngridge Drive.

The woman was dead at the scene. She has not yet been identified publicly.

Police are investigating. Anyone with information can call the County Police Tip Line at 1-833-255-8477. Callers can remain anonymous.
