Leet Commissioner Rody Nash is facing charges of indecent assault and harassment in connection with an incident involving a female employee.

The woman accuses Nash, 63, of making inappropriate comments about her body and rubbing his hands on her back while the two were at a Sewickley property Aug. 15, according to the criminal complaint.

The woman said she had been doing painting jobs for Nash, a contractor, since May.

Sewickley police investigated the claims and filed the charges Sept. 27. Nash was cited by mail.

Online court documents indicate the case was moved from Sewickley-area District Judge Robert Ford’s courtroom to District Judge Michele Santicola’s in Coraopolis.

A hearing date is not listed in online court documents.
