Police ask public’s help to find man accused of shooting McKeesport officer outside station

McKeesport police are seeking Koby Lee Francis, 22, of McKeesport in connection with the shooting of a McKeesport police officer Sunday afternoon. Francis is 6’2” with black hair and eyes.

Police are seeking the public’s help in the search for Koby Lee Francis, who is pictured here in this surveillance video from the McKeesport police station. Francis is accused of shooting a police officer multiple times while he was being taken into custody for allegedly violating a protection from abuse officer on Dec. 20.
